With more and more whole grain pasta options popping up on grocery store shelves,  many people who shunned the stuff  have now started eating it again. I mean, wouldn’t something made with whole grains be better for you then something made with white flour? Not according to Check out this recent post:

Personally, I’m of the belief that the brand with more fiber, that’s enriched with vitamins and nutrients is by far the better option. And of course, everything in moderation!

    Grain or brand is always the question at hand. I would go with brand too.
