With more and more whole grain pasta options popping up on grocery store shelves, many people who shunned the stuff have now started eating it again. I mean, wouldn’t something made with whole grains be better for you then something made with white flour? Not according to www.summertomato.com. Check out this recent post:

Personally, I’m of the belief that the brand with more fiber, that’s enriched with vitamins and nutrients is by far the better option. And of course, everything in moderation!
