Have you ever been to the restaurant Fresh? Well, if you have or have not they make this delicious ginger salad dressing. Now I am actually not a big ginger fan – but for some reason I LOVE THIS DRESSING! This is the dressing that makes you WANT to eat salad! No joke! My sister owns the Fresh Cookbook so I thought I would pass along the recipe. I ALWAYS have a jar of it in my refrigerator!
Ginger Salad Dressing
- 1/2 celery stalk chopped
- 1/2 a small onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/3 cup Sunflower or Canola Oil (recipe calls for 1/2 a cup)
- 1/2 cup Rice Vine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger diced
- 1 tsp raw sugar (recipe calls for 1.5 tsp)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine Well! I use my Magic Bullet, but if you don’t got one of those you can use a blender or hand blender.
