Another great product find thanks to my awesome sister in law! Corn Thins ! These are kinda like Rice Cakes- but thinner and to be honest – don’t taste like paper. They taste good. Great in a pinch to satisfy a salty craving or a crunchy one.

The best part is – they are free of corn syrup, trans fats and all that other crap. The list of ingredients consists of 4 items: Organic Corn Grits (50%), Organic corn (48%) the last 2% is: expeller-pressed organic sunflower oil and sea salt.

LOVE them! I had them with a bit of Nutella and sliced banana. I haven’t tried it with peanut butter yet but I will. I let my co-worker try them and she loved it too. This will definitely continue to be a regular snack for me.
