Another great product find thanks to my awesome sister in law! Corn Thins ! These are kinda like Rice Cakes- but thinner and to be honest – don’t taste like paper. They taste good. Great in a pinch to satisfy a salty craving or a crunchy one.
The best part is – they are free of corn syrup, trans fats and all that other crap. The list of ingredients consists of 4 items: Organic Corn Grits (50%), Organic corn (48%) the last 2% is: expeller-pressed organic sunflower oil and sea salt.
Check out the Stats for 3 Corn Thins:

Yes, you could have 3 of these plain as a snack or you could spread some Laughing Cow Light Cheese and sliced tomato on a couple. OR you could get more inventive!

- Thinly slice banana on top.

I have been looking for these CORN THINS forever! I am looking in every grocery store around my area and I even looked in the USA this past week while I was there. No luck.
I am aggravated! I want to try these. I will keep looking…
I will look into where you can buy these in Montreal. If anyone out there has any suggestions, please send them along!
Where are these available in the GTA? I can’t say I’ve seen them before (but then I’ve never looked
)
You should be able to find them at any health food store like Noah’s or Evergreen. I have also seem them at Fiesta Farms. Let me know where you find them!
I’m pretty sure I saw them at The Sweet Potato organic grocery store in the Junction.
Thanks for sharing Christina!
I found these at Sobeys! Just bought some this weekend. YUM.
Thanks Christina! These bad boys are popping up all over the place! So, did you like them? What are you thoughts….
LOVE them! I had them with a bit of Nutella and sliced banana. I haven’t tried it with peanut butter yet but I will. I let my co-worker try them and she loved it too. This will definitely continue to be a regular snack for me.
