- Girls like to chat and catch up – instead of doing it over dinner and wine, go for a nice long evening walk.

- Don’t drown your sorrows in ice cream and martinis – instead go see a cheesy chick flick and encourage each other to get a herbal tea instead of buttered popcorn.
- Take a fitness class together! Sometimes, the first time you go to a new class can be intimidating. Drag your BFF with you and a scary class with become super fun in no time!
- Go for a Manicure or Pedicure.
- Join a 5K, walk-a-thon or bike-a-thon together. You’ll get to train together and push each other to cross the finish line!
- Do something that scares you – go Rock climbing !
- Rent a kayak or a Canoe and go paddling for the day!
- Go for a bike ride or go Rollerblading
- Paint pottery
- Last but of course not least, get your 10,000 steps in with a trip to the mall for some good old fashion shopping!
