It’s so easy to get sick of salad and broccoli, but it’s so hard to find side dishes to replace them with!
We’ll, here is something that is sure to spice up your plate. This is a Weight Watchers Recipe that was passed along to me by my, once again fabulous, cousin. It’s delicious!
Cauliflower Poppers
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 teaspoon ground curry (*recipe originally calls for Cumin, I’m not such a fan. The curry works great!)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Clean and cut cauliflower into little pieces
- In a ziplock bag, add all spices and toss the cut cauliflower in.

- Shake, shake, shake.
- Spay a cookie sheet with olive oil and spread cauliflower onto it. ** I actually have omitted this before and used parchment paper on a cookie sheet sans oil.
- Bake 10 minutes then toss/flip
- Bake another 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is to your liking.
* The cauliflower gets crispy and caramelized all at the same time! It’s delicious with a little kick!
