Trout Recipe

Last night I barbecued Trout for dinner! I made it along side a big plate of green beans sprinkled with toasted almonds and zucchini fritters (recipe to come!).
Here is what I did:
- I sprayed a big piece of tin foil with olive oil and placed my Trout on top of the foil.
- Rubbed fresh mashed up garlic onto my fish.
- Squeezed fresh lemon on top.
- Seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Left one lemon wedge on the fish to bring out the taste!
- Put it on the Q on medium/low and let it cook to my liking!
Today I’m having cold left overs for lunch on top of a Big salad!

Here are the details for 5 ounces of fish, 1/2 ounce of toasted pine nuts and a BIG salad with home made dressing:
