Trout Recipe

Last night I barbecued Trout for dinner! I made it along side a big plate of green beans sprinkled with toasted almonds and zucchini fritters (recipe to come!).

Here is what I did:

  1. I sprayed a big piece of tin foil with olive oil and placed my Trout on top of the foil.
  2. Rubbed fresh mashed up garlic onto my fish.
  3. Squeezed fresh lemon on top.
  4. Seasoned with salt and pepper.
  5. Left one lemon wedge on the fish to bring out the taste!
  6. Put it on the Q on medium/low and let it cook to my liking!

Today I’m having cold left overs for lunch on top of a Big salad!

Here are the details for 5 ounces of fish, 1/2 ounce of toasted pine nuts and a BIG salad with home made dressing:
