An Easy Way to Cook Sole

Proof that you do not need to know how to cook, to cook. I did not want to prepare ANYTHING tonight! It’s been a long week of preparing and making sure I stay on track and tonight I just wanted to be served! I had defrosted Sole for dinner- so I had no choice but to cook. I bought the Sole when it was on special and stuck it in my freezer. I had no idea what to do with it!
To make it crazy easy I just wrapped it in tinfoil, seasoned with salt and pepper and poured my favorite tomato sauce on-top! I sealed it up good and stuck in in the oven for 20 minutes at 350. Surprisingly it was delicious!

Here is the scoop on 6 ounces of Sole: * May very depending on the sauce you use!
