Fruit For Breakfast

Here is what I had for breakfast today!

- 1/2 grapefruit
- 1/2 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cup Berries
- 1 slice of pineapple, divided.
I followed this breakfast with a snack about 2 hours later.
To me this breakfast feels like a luxurious treat! Fruit is natures candy you know! It really keeps me full, provides me with a plethora of anti oxidants and I get a ton fiber! Not to mention the fact that it REALLY keeps me regular in the morning!!
