    Sounds yummy!

I make a version of this and even my kiddies love it. But it’s not carb free, I use rolled oats as the bread part of it (and about 3 garlic cloves, yummy!). I throw in a bunch of ground flax seeds…. and they don’t even realize. Sneaky!

Ezekiel english muffins? I didn’t realize they made these. I never noticed these at my Loblaws. Gotta check that out.

How many ounces of meat exactly is one package of ground turkey? Thank you!

  4. IntoFit says:

    Hi Hilary!
Thanks for writing in! Every package is different. Normally they are around 1 pound (give or take). 1 pound is equivalent to 16 ounces. Your best bet is to look at the label on the package you buy. You may need to convert kg to ounces.
    Hope that helps
