COUNTDOWN TO NEW YEARS TIP #8

Start Now.

The days leading up to the New Year should not be treated like they your LAST supper. You are not going to die and never see french fries again when 2010 hits. But when the clock strikes 12 on Jan 1st, if you’ve been eating like it’s your last supper – you may very well turn into a pumpkin!

Spend Dec 26th to Dec 31st eating healthy and exercising.

You have the time off,  so you have no excuse.

Don’t wait till Jan 1st to start those life changing New Years resolutions. Start now. Have fun on New Years Eve, but start NOW!
