Pizza Muffin

Who said Pizza couldn’t be healthy. My very favorite thing to have for lunch is a crustless Pizza. CLICK HERE to see the recipe.

This is yet another healthy, easy pizza recipe. And just like the real thing, it’s just as good cold as it is hot… maybe even better :-) Feel free to add a chopped slice of pea-meal bacon (back bacon) and some pineapple to this to make it even more delicious!

PIZZA MUFFIN

1 Ezekiel English muffin ( You can use whole wheat if you want too)

2 Tbsp tomato sauce (look for one that is low in sugar. Try to find one that is 6 grams or under per serving)

1 ounce 2% milk fat cheese of your choice.

Make like a pizza, toast and enjoy!
