This is the first of three posts dedicated to giving you some direction as to what strength training exercises to do during the week! If you are already working out, here are three great new total body circuits for you to try!

Do these at home or at the gym! Use bands, or replace the bands and use free weights!

Monday’s Circuit
You don’t really have to do this on a Monday! But at the end of this series of posts you will come away with three different circuits and you can do one every other day.

Warm Up
2.5 minutes of jumping jax
2.5 minutes of high knees

(Try for 12 passes)


Chest Press
(Heavy enough that 12-15 is a struggle)

Squat

Feel free to hold free weights to add more of a
challenge- and give me 15)

Tricep Pull Downs
(Heavy enough that 12- 15 is a struggle)
1.5 minutes of jumping jax

1.5 minutes of high knees



Repeat this circuit a total of three times.
