I hope that these circuits help provide direction for you at the gym or at home. So many people shy away from strength training because they simply don’t know what to do next! These three circuits should help provide you with the answers as well as variety so you don’t get bored.


Do these at home or at the gym! Use bands, or replace the bands and use free weights!
Wednesday’s Circuit

And of course, You don’t really have to do this on a Wednesday!

Warm up

1 minute on / 1 minute off.

Repeat five time!


Jump Rope
Biceps Curl

(12 – 15)

X Walk
(12 steps on each side)
Shoulder Press
(12 to 15 repetitions)
Bridge
Try for 30
Push Ups
Try for 2 sets of 10

Step Ups
Try for 12 on each leg!

Try for 3 minutes of straight jumping!

Repeat this circuit a total of three times!
