There are so many different ways to get your cardiovascular activity in! Here are my top ten ways I love to sweat ( in no particular order..kind’a). What are yours?

1. Spinning

2. Running Outside

3. Running intervals on a treadmill

4. Weight Training Circuit

5. Running up hills with my husband. (We live beside a big park. There is a  hill that surrounds it and myself and my husband grab our medicine balls and run up and down the hill 20 times!)

6. Kettle Bell Circuit7. Jump Rope

8. Hiking ( or a very brisk nature walk)9. Elliptical Machine

10. Body weight exercises like: shooting hoops, push ups, burpiesmountain climbers, step ups, runners start and speed skater…to name a few ;-)
