There are so many articles in health and fitness magazines that stress how important both exercise and daily activity are. But what’s the difference!?
Whereas with exercise you want to be a bit breathless, daily activity is basically getting off your couch, walking to the store, taking the stairs, going for a leisurely walk. Daily activity is not exercise. But it’s just as important.
Setting goals like trying to reach your 10,000 steps a day is a great way to ensure you get your daily activity in.
