I can’t help but keep the chicken wrap ideas coming. Chicken is a great, healthy, lean protein that can really become redundant and boring. It’s such a good food choice that I think it’s important to come up with ways to keep it interesting and exciting.


Buffalo Wing Wrap
3-4 ounces white meat chicken marinated in Franks Wing Hot Sauce
Diced tomatoes
Diced lettuce
1 Tbsp light Blue Cheese dressing
Avocado
Shredded carrots
Celery pieces

* Feel free to use rotisserie chicken for this one and  pour a little of the Franks into your wrap!
