There is something to be said about feeling good. I honestly think that when you dedicate a bit of time to yourself and exercise FOR yourself, you start to feel better about yourself. Yes, there’s the whole burning calories part of it, but I also think there is a huge sense of accomplishment that comes with it, as well as a sense of feeling stronger.
- Working out and eating healthy has so many benefits! But the most immediate one I think is how you feel in your own skin. I truly think the BEST way to boost confidence and self esteem is to take some time for yourself and work up a sweat! Cap it off with a nice piece of salmon and a salad!
