This is my all time favorite wrap recipe so I’ll start with it. Keep checking back, I’ve got three more wrap recipes I’m going to post.

For this wrap I’ll either use barbecued chicken marinated in Franks Hot Wing sauce or brush with Emerald Essence. If I don’t have any prepared, I just use rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.
  • 3 – 4 ounces white meat chicken
  • 1 slice cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp light Caesar dressing
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped romaine lettuce

How many of these do you “allow” yourself to eat at lunch, say?

What if you use your lettuce wrap trick – can you basically eat unlimited quantities of these if you are really hungry?

If you are using lettuce as a wrap. feel free to have quite a few! If you know what 3 or 4 ounces of chicken looks like, that’s how much you should have. Make as many wraps as you have chicken! If your not sure what 3 or 4 ounces looks like, measure it out on a kitchen scale. Be careful not to over do it with the dressing though. Have no more then 2 Tbsp of low fat dressing. Be sure to also fill up on fresh cut veggies, an apple or a cheese string. Maybe even have a single serving yogurt for dessert!
