Congrats to all who completed The Passover Challenge!

If you missed out on the challenge, not to worry. You can easily create your own challenge. Just set a date and give yourself 7 or 10 days off of processed foods including breads and other carbohydrate fillers. Have a look back at The Passover Challenge posts for meal and snack ideas. And always feel free to comment with questions and feedback!

Here is some feedback I got from the challenge.
  • All those who took part in the challenge lost a couple pounds.  Whoot!!!
  • Many were excited to discover new healthy recipes.
  • Sleep was better.
  • Skin began to show improvements near the end of the challenge.
  • By day six, cravings generally stopped.
  • TOUGH, but worth it!
  • Surprised at how much snacking helped curb cravings.
  • Majority of the participants were impressed with their ability to keep their snacks healthy and were amazed at how satisfied they felt.
  • A few are still going strong and have decided to extend the challenge 6 more days to make it two weeks.
