14 days and counting until The Passover Challenge begins. Over 20 people have signed and there is still time if you want to join in on the fun! Here is the scoop: For eight days (April 8 -15) we are going to eliminate any and all bread and processed products from our diet (including kosher for passover junk!). Don’t forget, you don’t have to be Jewish or even celebrate Passover to join the challenge. It’s just a great opportunity to eliminate processed food from your diet, if only for a short time, to see how it goes.

Over the next two weeks I’ll be posting ideas for Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners and Snacks. This way you have a bunch of ideas to take with you to the grocery store when you get ready to shop for the challenge.
