Sauce for a Stir Fry

We all know how to make this one.

- Cut up veggies. ( Or use a bag of frozen vegetables.)
- Cut up chicken. ( Or shrimp or beef.)3. Sauté in pan and serve! It’s really that simple!
- But what do you season it with? Don’t let the sauce prevent you from making a healthy and delicious stir fry. It’s one of the fastest and easiest meals around!
Whenever I’m stuck, this is what I do:
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
2 minced garlic cloves
- Dash of fresh ginger ( or ½ tsp powder)
- 1 Tbsp low sodium soy
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- If you want the sauce to be thicker, you can always add corn starch (about 1 – 2 tsp)
