This is another one of my go-to standard recipes that I make at least a couple times a month. I always have all the ingredients in the house, so it makes it really easy.
- 1 piece of salmon (10 ounces) It helps if the skin is still on, but it doesn’t need to be.
- 2 small garlic cloves, mashed
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 heaping tsp of brown sugar
- Low sodium soy sauce
- Place your salmon on a large piece of tinfoil and create mini walls around it with the foil.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of your fish and then rub in your mashed garlic.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle brown sugar onto your salmon and then lightly coat with low sodium soy.
- In Oven
- On Barbecue
