We put avocado on sandwiches, in cottage cheese with tomato slices, on salads- in fact we look for any excuse to add a little bit of the green stuff to whatever where eating! In moderation of course! Although avocados are good for us, they are high in fat (the good kind) but still – too much of anything, is too much.
