You don’t need a treadmill or an elliptical machine to get in a good cardiovascular workout.


Try this while watching your favorite show this week:

1 minute of Jumping Jacks

1 minute of Jogging on the spot with high knees————————>

30 seconds of Shooting Hoops


  • As if you were tossing a basket ball into a net. Squat down and jump up with your hands over your head, come back into your squat and repeat.

  • See No Weights. Just You- Part 2 for information on proper squat form.




Take a 1- 2 minute break and repeat 6 times!
