Pizza. Need I Say More ?

I didn’t realize it until I started writing this post, but I guess I’m craving cheese and tomato sauce this week
This idea was introduced to me by a friend. Since she showed me the light, I have not turned back. Here is the recipe for one of my absolute favorite meals!
- Feel free to use all egg whites, or 1 egg and 2 whites.
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 Serving turkey pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp Marinara sauce
- 4 Button mushrooms, sliced
- Dash of oregano
- Sprinkle of 2% Mozzarella cheese (1/2 ounce)
- You can add anything to this pizza. My husband likes to add pineapple chunks!

I like the recipe Jessica. I will defiantly make it in the next couple of days. I am tired of the same chicken/fish diet. I love eating pizza while I watch football( We get a new TV tonight, the old one died)
I am not super convinced that egg pizza will be delish but maybe I will give it a try (maybe!).
However, I did love the post yesterday about jumping rope. I could even squeeze 10 minutes in the morning before showering and heading off to work. Thanks for the suggestion.
